📦 Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my MO:MO bags?

To ensure your MO:MO bag arrive frozen solid, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

  • Orders placed by 12 PM EST on Tuesday will ship that same week.
  • Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday to avoid sitting in a transit warehouse over the weekend.
    Once shipped, your box typically arrives within 1–2 days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number the moment your label is created!
Why is shipping expensive?

We know paying for shipping isn't fun. But shipping frozen food is very different from shipping a t-shirt.
To guarantee your MO:MO bag arrive frozen, we pack them in a heavy-duty recyclable cooler filled with5-10 lbs of dry ice. This special packaging is heavy and costly.

Our Promise: We don't profit from shipping. In fact, we subsidize a portion of the cost ourselves to keep it lower for you.

Pro Tip: We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99. (It’s a great excuse to stock up or split an order with a neighbor!).

What if my MO:MO bag arrive melted?

(The "Melt-Free Guarantee")

We stand by our packaging. If your MO:MO arrive melted or damaged, we will replace them for free. Just snap a photo of the damaged/melted product and email us at [support@namastemomousa.com] with your order number.

Note: If the dumplings are slightly soft but still cold to the touch, they are safe to refreeze and eat!

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, no. Carriers like UPS and FedEx cannot deliver perishable packages to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical street address.

🥟 Storing & Cooking

Do I need to thaw the MO:MO before cooking?

NO! Please do not thaw them. Our MO:MO are designed to be cooked straight from the freezer. Thawing them will make the dough sticky and hard to handle.

How long do they last in the freezer?

They are best enjoyed within6 months of purchase for peak freshness, but they are safe to eat for up to12 months if kept frozen at all times.

Can I return my order?

Because our product is perishable food, we cannot accept returns of the physical product. However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, wrong item, or quality issue), please contact us immediately so we can make it right via refund or replacement.

Are the MO:MO spicy?

It is very mild and rich in flavor to wake up your tastebuds.

Is the MO:MO Sauce spicy?

Our signature sauce is a traditional Himalayan "Achar." It has a medium kick. Spicy enough to enjoy the flavor, but not so hot that it ruins the flavor. If you love spicy food, you'll love our Dalle(Cherry Pepper) Sauce.

Are your MO:MO Halal?

Yes! Our Chicken MO:MO are made with 100% Halal-certified chicken.
